Apparently I was suppose to place the plastic dish on a baking sheet and then put it in the oven... I guess somehow that helps it not melt. I don't know.
ICK! I always dump frozen stuff into a 9x13" (AKA brownie) pan. Baking in plastic always squicks me out, I'm afraid that I'll somehow be eating essence of plastic or something. Sorry if I just gave you a new phobia and more dishes to wash :(
